Victoria Romero

Victoria Romero is a multilingual lawyer, mediator, notary public and adjudicator. Her experience includes civil litigation, administrative and regulatory law, real estate, wills and powers of attorney, and family law. 

She has practised as a Civil Litigator since 2003. Her practice was focused on the areas of disability law, insurance law and personal injury. This experience enabled her to develop expertise in complex litigation cases involving serious medical issues, including mental health and insurance law.

Becoming a Mediator, Arbitrator and Workplace Fairness Analyst (WFA) in 2014 strengthened her negotiation skills, allowing her to support individuals and help organizations proactively and systematically manage and/or resolve conflict in different ways. Her mediation practice has included Family, Personal Injury and Condominium Disputes. 

She broadened her legal practice in 2016 to include: Legal service packages to assist families in the areas of Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Family Law. She strives to serve her clients in as many languages as possible. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She speaks French but not fluently.

Her Adjudicator experience since 2017 includes the Administrative Penalty Tribunal (Municipal), the Toronto Licence Tribunal (Municipal), The Condominium Authority Tribunal (Provincial), Ontario College of Teachers Discipline Committee and the CMRITO Council (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario)(Provincial).
