Diverse Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada, (DDRIOC) Refund Policy
Courses Refund Policy:
In the event that DDRIOC cancels any offering, there will be a full refund of enrolment cost.
In the event that DDRIOC postpones any offering, there will be a full credit enrolment given for postponement future dates provided.
In the event that an offering starts but DDRIOC is unable to complete due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer shall receive make up dates or a 1 year credit for the same value purchased.
In the event that a person or group has to cancel 21 days or less before commencement of offering, the person or group will be given a full credit towards re-enrolment or other offerings, There is absolutely no refund of any amount in this case.
*Credits may be used for Courses, Services quoted by DDRIOC and Merchandise
*Customers will be charged a $50.00CAD transactional fee if their return is processed to a credit card
Discount Policy:
Any discount offered by DDRIOC for Courses, Services or Merchandise must be paid by E-transfer, Cheque , Cash or Direct Bank Deposit. Credit Card payments will not be accepted for Discounted purchases.
