Diverse Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada, (DDRIOC) is a non-profit organization, offering access to justice to communities in Canada and the U.S. DDRIOC is the first non profit of it its kind in Canada that has taken the leap to build a structure that is accessible by all communities in Canada including those from marginalized communities. DDRIOC offers arbitration and mediation services by highly qualified diverse ADR professionals with extensive training in cultural competence, awareness and understanding. As Canada continues to grow as one of the most multicultural places in the world, providing representation to our new immigrant and diverse communities is essential. DDRIOC believes in ensuring our country and all its communities are fully served.
Who We Serve
DDRIOC is a platform for the general public and communities who need to access ADR services. There are many community organizations, faith groups and members of the public in Canada who do not have access to lawyers or the traditional legal system. Mediation is an alternative and a cost-saving way to resolve a dispute. If you require our assistance or want to learn more about what we offer, please contact us at info@ddrioc.com.
We also work with businesses, corporations, organizations and professional associations that require training and/or access to ADR practitioners. Our model is to tailor solutions around your business needs to help your employees access a panel of mediators and arbitrators to discuss settlements, resolutions and problem-solving. Each paneled mediator or arbitrator will be qualified and experienced in your area of business and accessible to you.
