Maurice Ford, MSc., Q.Med., WFA., OCT., RP has worn many hats throughout the course of his career all of which as led to being the principle owner of AM Mediation and Action Counselling Services providing services in mediation, workplace investigation, workplace restoration, education and training in ADR, Diversity and Human Rights..


He is a registered member with several professional associations that includes the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC), the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. As a member of the Caribbean community, he has been a former Director of Tropicana Community Services, a Non-Profit organization in Toronto .
