Marc Bhalla [biracial] is a mediator and arbitrator. He has been involved in addressing condominium, community and corporate conflicts for nearly 20 years and holds the most senior Canadian mediator and arbitrator designations.
Marc values process flexibility and creativity in the dispute resolution services he offers in-person and online.
Marc has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. He has been widely published and has spoken from coast-to-coast, including academically.
Marc co-chairs the ADR Institute of Ontario’s Med-Arb Section.
