Past participated and supported Arbitration for HK Gov't HyD marine reclamation project of several disputes issues related rules and preparation Main Contract Bills of Quantities and interpretation method of measures for civil engineering works (SMM). My role play acted for quantum determinations of alleged disputes in relevant subject matters in governance by contractual mechanism, e.g. preambles amendment. NEC ECC implemented by HKSAR Gov't of CEDD and participated workshop with DRA for settlement disputes by adjudication
