Keshia Osbourne

Keshia Osbourne is a Qualified Mediator with experience across both private and public-sector dispute resolution. She completed her mediation training at York University, obtained her Q.Med designation, and interned with A Place for Mediation before joining our practice as an associate. Keshia later returned to public service and remains employed with the Government of Canada within the Employment and Social Development Branch.

Despite stepping away from full-time practice during the COVID-19 period, Keshia remained active in the field by continuing to mediate on a part-time basis and serving as an instructor in virtual mediation and coaching for the York University Certificate in Dispute Resolution Program. Her teaching experience also includes work with a U.S.-based college, delivering training in online mediation processes.

With the expansion of mediation practices across Ontario and increasing emphasis on dispute resolution in the civil system, Keshia returns to the profession in an Affiliate capacity as of January 2026. Her experience in federal government operations, combined with her mediation training and practical background, contributes to a balanced and informed approach to conflict resolution.
