Julie has extensive experience in ADR in a variety of areas.
Julie is a trained arbitrator and mediation-arbitrator, a Qualified Mediator, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, an Advanced Certified Elder Mediator, a certified specialist in both Family Mediation and Family Separation Finances. Julie is the current Chair of Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO).
Julie’s collaborative style focuses on engagement and inclusion. She administers ADR processes by encouraging communication, identifying the context of the problem together with the needs and interests of the Parties, and by helping to generate potential solutions – all in a balanced manner.
