Joy Delaney is a seasoned legal academic, attorney and mediator with over two decades of multidisciplinary experience. She brings a deep commitment to advancing education, justice and peaceful dispute resolution across industries and borders.
As a Law Professor at the University of The Bahamas, she lectures in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Contract Law, Family Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Joy is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Certified Mediator with specialized credentials in commercial, family and workplace mediation. Trained in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, she brings a global perspective to her practice and promotes culturally relevant mediation solutions across borders.
