Joshua is an Alternative Dispute Resolution professional and a transactional lawyer with his own firm. As Joshua understands transactional work, he knows where disputes arise. This provides a unique perspective on resolving disputes. He mediates commercial disputes, including but not limited to those in real estate, estates, shareholders and joint ventures, both domestic and international. 

Joshua is a member of the Ontario Law Society and BC Law Society. He has also completed the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society Gold Standard Course in Commercial Arbitration, the ADR Institute of Canada National Introductory Mediation Course and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University. 

He has received the designations of Qualified Arbitrator and Qualified Mediator from ADRIC.
