My mission is to empower leaders and teams to not only level up their communication and conflict resolution skills, but also respect each others' unique differences. With a background in human rights, law and business, I know how important resolving conflicts can be for the success of an organization. It leads to greater workplace unity, collaboration, and growth.
Before, I founded my own workplace conflict resolution consulting service, I led human rights investigations and conducted workplace mediations or the third largest transit system in North America, the Toronto Transit Commission. Previously, I completed my legal training at an international law firm, Baker McKenzie LLP, where I worked in corporate, labour and employment law. My passion for conflict resolution was born almost a decade ago when I advised on international peace-building and human rights initiatives for an intergovernmental organization in Stockholm.
