With 30 years of Labour Relations and representation in the education sector. I have worked in many capacities at the Association including Vice-President, Labour Relations Officer, Health & Safety Advisor & Trainer, Negotiations Officer, Grievance Officer, and Health & Wellness Officer.
During my extensive career in Labour Relations, I have mediated many workplace disputes in the capacity of both - the union and as owner/operator of a licensed Home Child Care Agency. I am an Alumni of Alternate Dispute Resolution Conflict Management, Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Human Rights from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, York University Osgood Hall, Athabasca University and Toronto Metropolitan University.
