Ashifa Alibhai
Ashifa Alibhai is the Founder of the AHANSA Business Systems, a start-up and a flexible workspace offering cost-effective and customizable solutions to legal practitioners. Ashifa is a graduate of several renowned institutions located across Canada including the most recent, York University.
After graduation and gaining practical experience in the Canadian market with various blue-chip companies, Ashifa continued pursuing her interest of investing in real estate specifically in British Columbia and the Greater Toronto Areas. In 2013, an extension of the same interest was extended to
Kenya where AHANSA Business Systems was established and expanded to offer virtual services. This interest generally went hand-in-hand into in providing alternate dispute resolution for her civil and commercial-type clients and projects. She continues to be a Chair and Volunteer across several Boards, Committees, Mediation Clinics and Rosters.
Ashifa’s knowledge and experience with having to work with children from various backgrounds encouraged her to further follow her pursuit of providing cultural competent alternate dispute resolution in the areas of Family Conciliation and Mediation. Ashifa who is now a Paralegal candidate
endeavours to continue fine tuning her skill set and working with other specialized and talented industry professionals to ensure that both individuals and families have access to justice and a well-rounded set of legal services within her scope of practice from one place (under one umbrella).
