A certified Restorative Justice Practitioner and Online Dispute Resolution Practitioner, with both the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR) USA, as well as ADRpoint Europe.
She is member of various professional associations including the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) and the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC), a fellow with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), a pioneer member of Med-Arb Initiative (M-AI).
